The undersigned Serenity Fashion Global S.R.L., a limited liability company, registered in the Trade Register under no. J2022013222404, hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, operates its commercial activity under the brand name Reshape Studio Pilates, in accordance with the legal provisions in force, and establishes through this document the mandatory internal rules applicable to all members, participants and visitors to the location where it operates (hereinafter referred to as the “Studio”).

Art. 1 – General Provisions

(1) The Company reserves the right to modify, at any time, the Studio’s operating schedule, as well as the schedule of classes held within it, without the obligation of prior individual notification.

(2) Any modification of these Regulations shall enter into force from the moment of its posting at the location or on the official website of the Studio and shall apply by law to all members from the date of publication.

 

Art. 2 – Health status and assumption of responsibility

(1) By enrolling in classes organized by Reshape Studio Pilates – whether they are demonstration or purchased through a subscription – each participant expressly declares that he/she is medically fit to perform the type of exercises practiced and assumes full responsibility for his/her own health status.

(2) By accepting the “Terms and Conditions”, the “Internal Regulations” and the “Privacy Policy (GDPR)”, members exempt the Company from any liability in the event of accident or injury resulting from:

• inaccurate or untrue declaration of health status;
• failure to follow the instructions provided by qualified personnel;
• performance of exercises not authorized by instructors.

 

Art. 3 – Equipment, conduct and safety

(1) Access to the Studio is permitted exclusively to persons wearing appropriate sports equipment: appropriate clothing (training, tights, T-shirt, shorts, etc.), sports socks and a personal towel.

(2) It is strictly forbidden to use the Reformer machines in the Studio premises wearing any type of footwear.

(3) Access to the Studio under the influence of alcohol, drugs, hallucinogenic or sedative substances is prohibited, as well as the introduction into the premises of dangerous, flammable, toxic, explosive substances, weapons of any kind, or any other objects prohibited by law.

(4) The introduction of food or drinks in open containers (glasses, casseroles, cups, etc.) is prohibited. Only water or other beverages in sealed plastic containers are allowed.

(5) It is prohibited to perform physical exercises other than those recommended by the instructor within the respective class. The Company will not be held liable for the physical consequences of performing other types of exercises than those officially taught.

 

Art. 4 – Access to locker rooms and security of personal belongings

(1) The locker room and the corresponding key may be used exclusively during participation in a class. It is prohibited to store personal belongings overnight.

(2) Members will keep their personal belongings locked in the available lockers and will carry the key with them during training.

(3) The Company is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage to personal belongings left unattended, the responsibility entirely falling on the Member.

 

Art. 5 – Video surveillance

(1) The reception area and the training room are video monitored, in accordance with the legal provisions on the protection of personal data.

(2) The images captured are NOT public and will NOT be used unless a competent authority (e.g. court) requests access, or if necessary to clarify a legitimate incident reported by a client.

 

Art. 6 – Cancellation policy and access limitation

(1) Cancellation or rescheduling of a class can be made at least two (2) hours before its starting time. Otherwise, the class will be considered completed and will be deducted from the subscription.

(2) Holders of unlimited subscriptions may participate in maximum one (1) class per day, in order to ensure fair access for all members.

 

Art. 7 – Inappropriate conduct and termination of the contract

(1) The Company reserves the right to select its members.

(2) The membership/subscription contract will be terminated by law, without notice and without court intervention, in the following situations:

• using vulgar, offensive language or adopting aggressive behavior towards staff or other members;
• smoking in the Studio;
• taking photos or videos without the written consent of the management;
• presenting a false medical document to justify the suspension of the subscription;
• carrying out illicit, commercial or dangerous activities in the Studio space.

(3) In all the above cases, the paid subscription amount will not be refunded, being retained by the Company as damages.

 

Art. 8 – Final Provisions

(1) The Company reserves the right to modify, supplement or revise these Regulations, whenever it deems necessary.

(2) Any modification shall enter into force upon posting on the official website https://reshapestudiopilates.ro and/or in the Member Account, without the need for prior individual notification.

(3) By registering and participating in Reshape Studio Pilates classes, members confirm that they have taken note of and fully accept these Internal Regulations.
